Nothing is ever “hopeless”, when you have faith in Our Lord, and ask St. Jude Thaddeus, Apostle and Martyr to intercede for you!

Nothing is impossible with the help of Our Lord. There is no better intercessor than St. Jude Thaddeus, widely known throughout the entire World as the Patron Saint of the Impossible. No better testament to that fact is the massive St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, built and dedicated to him by the famous entertainer, Danny Thomas, whose career was aided by St. Jude when Mr. Thomas prayed fervently to him for guidance and help.

 This prayer is one of many you can use in praying the “Novena” (the word Novena means nine) to St. Jude. (There are many others, and you are free to compose your own.) Pray it positively and fervently for at least 9 consecutive days, without fail, along with 3 Our Fathers, 3 Hail Mary’s and 3 Glorias, all printed below.

PRAYER TO ST. JUDE

"O most holy apostle, St. Jude, faithful servant and friend of Jesus, people honor and invoke you universally, as the patron of hopeless causes, of things almost despaired of. Pray for me, for I am so helpless and alone.   Please help to bring me visible and speedy assistance. Come to my assistance in this great need that I may receive the consolation and help of heaven in all my necessities, tribulations, and sufferings, particularly …………… and that I may praise God with you always." To you I have recourse from the depths of my heart, and I humbly beg to whom God has given such great power to come to my assistance, and help me in my present and urgent petition. In return I promise to make your name known and cause you to be invoked. Saint Jude, pray for me and for all those who invoke your aid.”
